go4it22 asked:

I want to get may mom a scrap book kit but I dont know what a good starter kit is. I need one I can send her that includes every thing she needs. Including paper stickers, scissors, glue, etcs. So I want a good kit she can already use. Should include a book. Thank you.

    I’ll try and help….

There are many products available at the craft or scrapbook store. I don’t think I have seen any that have scissors, glue or anything in there-just the book and coordinating paper.

If I were shopping with you, here is what I would help you get (pretty much the basics):
*I would have you select a book that includes matching paper.
*Get a box of photo splits or photo squares (usually they are in 2 sizes, just get the bigger one as they can be cut down). They are double sided pieces of tape that come in a square shape ready for use. Here is a link to show you:
*A pair of craft scissors. Blade around 4″ in length. There are a lot but any pair will do.
*A 12″ paper trimmer. This will help in trimming down any paper and will make good straight lines. Here is a link to show you:

If you can’t find an album that comes with paper and stickers. Choose an album that you like and then get a paper pack with stickers to match separately. Oh, I almost forgot… I think it would be best to choose a 12 x 12 book.

So, make one trip to the store. Get all your supplies and off to the UPS Store for shipping! (Now if I could just get you to send one to me! lol, lol) If you get lost and/or confused, grab a saleslady as they will help you make your selections. (Make a list so you don’t get overwhelmed.) :)
    Hope this helps!
